Terms of Service
1. The Service
Wallet Verify is a blockchain risk-intelligence and forensics platform. It produces risk assessments, evidence, and forensic analyses for blockchain addresses across supported networks. The Service is offered in tiers (Free, Instant, Deep, Forensic, Enterprise) with differing features and limits.
2. Informational only — not advice
Outputs from the Service are provided for informational purposes only. They are not, and must not be relied upon as, financial, legal, investment, tax, or regulatory-compliance advice, and do not constitute a recommendation to transact, refrain from transacting, or take any other action. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for your own compliance with all laws and obligations that apply to you. Risk intelligence is probabilistic and derived from imperfect and changing data; an output may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. When the data is insufficient, the Service is designed to say so rather than assert a result, but no output is a guarantee.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and that you are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable sanctions or export-control laws.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate, conceal, or further any criminal activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or fraud;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service’s software, machine-learning models, or underlying database;
- bulk-export, harvest, or systematically or automatically extract outputs or data beyond ordinary interactive use of your tier, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by a written agreement or by the Free-Tier Open Data License below;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Free tier and the Open Data License
The Free tier is provided at no charge, subject to the rate limits and quotas shown in the Service, which we may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Free tier at any time.
The per-screen results delivered to Free-tier users — the verdict, risk grade, layer findings and evidence, and actor-role classification — are licensed to you under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). You may use, share, adapt, and redistribute those results, including commercially, provided you attribute the source as: “Source: Wallet Verify — verify.blox.global — licensed under CC BY 4.0.”
This open license applies only to those per-screen outputs. It grants no right in the Service’s software, models, or underlying database; it does not permit bulk or automated extraction; and it does not apply to outputs delivered under the paid tiers. Full terms are in our Data License. Individual facts within an output (for example, government sanctions designations) may originate from public or third-party sources and retain their own status.
6. Paid subscriptions
Paid tiers are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change pricing on notice for future billing cycles.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, machine-learning models, threat-intelligence and address database, designs, and all related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of Bloxcross and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own internal or personal purposes. No other rights are granted. The only license to outputs is the Free-Tier Open Data License in Section 5 and the use rights granted to paying subscribers.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any output is accurate, current, or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxcross will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or assets, arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any output. For the Free tier, the Service is provided without charge and our aggregate liability to you is limited to USD $0. For paid tiers, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloxcross from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 7–10) will survive.
12. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bloxcross Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions about these Terms: legal@blox.global.
